Rental Item: The vehicle, equipment, or property being rented.
Rental Agreement: The signed document detailing the rental period, fees, and conditions.
To rent from Economy Rentals, you must:

Possess a valid government-issued ID or driver’s license.
Provide valid payment and contact information.
Agree to all terms outlined in this document and the rental agreement.
Reservations may be made online, by phone, or in person.
A valid credit/debit card is required to confirm a booking.

The Renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the rental item during the rental period.
A damage deposit may be collected and refunded upon satisfactory return of the item.
The Renter is responsible for any damage or loss not covered by insurance.
Economy Rentals is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from improper use of rental items.
For vehicle rentals, the Renter must carry valid liability and/or comprehensive insurance (if required by law or company policy).
Do not attempt to repair the item yourself unless authorized by Economy Rentals.
Report any issues or malfunctions immediately.
Unauthorized repairs may result in additional charges.
We reserve the right to terminate a rental agreement without notice if:
The Renter violates any terms or uses the item unlawfully.
The item is at risk of damage or misuse.
The Renter provides false information at the time of booking.
Economy Rentals is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.
We collect and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By renting from us, you consent to such data collection and usage.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
